Hey guys.
Just thought I'd let y'all know that the Outlaw Sport Truck Series Offline League will be starting within the next two weeks. I need all the flat images for those who plan on participating in it. Just PM them to me here on-site and I'll start setting up the field.
Also, if anybody still wants to have a ride in this league, there's still time to sign up. Check the forums for details. :)

Hey guys, check out the Downloads section - and I mean really go around and have a look. Got a ton of new stuff with plenty more to come. Come check out the chat room - you have to be a registered member in order to access it but if you happen to see somebody online, hop in the chat and talk. :)
On another note, I'd like to congratulate Murare on winning his first race in Speed Affair at Bristol this Sunday night. Good job Drew! :D

It has come to my attention that we have been getting spammers on our forums - obviously the situation has been remedied but I must apologize for the inconvenience. This site has a zero-tolerance policy for spam and I am trying to keep the site clear of all spam. Because of this, I am going to be making the forums viewable only to members to try and counter spammers.

After some help from some close friends I've learned to use 3d Studio Max 9 and I will now be able to render my own cars (and yours) and not have to worry about outsourcing renders to Midnight Racing. I'll be posting render request guidelines in the coming week about where and how to post your cars needed to render.
Also, I'd like to thank Jerry at MRG for linking us on the front page of his site - our membership and exposure has gone up exponentially. In fact, within the last 24 hours we've gotten over 700 hits, far more than we've ever gotten before.
In other news, I'm taking requests again (sim painting is pretty hard to walk away from and inspiration does not wait to strike I'm afraid) after my relatively short hiatus. I encourage those who might have requests to post them in our forums and I will get to them as soon as possible.

Taking A Break |

To all members of C2C: I'm going to be taking an indefinite break from designing cars - I'm not retiring but I am taking a break to gather my thoughts and take care of other priorities. I encourage you guys to join and put in requests because I have a few people coming to pick up requests and the like. After I update the site with schemes and such, my friend Toby will be in charge of NASCAR 09 requests. All professional requests need to go to my personal e-mail at guycdriggers@aol.com. I'll let you guys know when I get back...believe me.

Over the last two months or so Midnight Racing Graphics has been cooperating with this site to help get us on our feet. The site owner, Jerry, has said he will let me host my work on MRG as well as C2C, and since I split my time between the two, most work you see done on MRG will probably be available for download here as well. I do have some solo projects I plan on releasing to this site only but believe me when I say there is a lot in store for this site.
I'm extremely proud to say that this site is growing by leaps and bounds, and eventually I hope to expand it to the point to where we can get off of the FreePHPnuke servers and onto our own. Sadly I haven't been able to find any gainful employment as of late but I am working hard on remedying that.
I must stress, however, that though this site has been established for the sim racing community, it can and may serve the actual racing community. It's my belief that people who start out painting as a hobby can make it into a career if they are able to make the right connections, and I hope that this site can provide a place for aspiring painters like myself find a stage in which to showcase their work.
